Allu Powder Spreader, e.p.m

ALLU e.p.m Powder Spreader is a new innovative container to spray the binding agent onto the soil in stabilisation projects e.g. by backfilling pipeline trenches or in road construction. The advantage of e.p.m process is, that the binding agent can be spread directly to the right place and the volume required can be adapted to different soil conditions. ALLU e.p.m Powder Spreader can be easily fitted to an excavator or loader. The hydraulic driven pump adjust accurately the volume. ALLU e.p.m Powder Spreader can hold 1 m³ of powder at one time and then refilled from a larger storage bin.

ALLU e.p.m Powder Spreader together with ALLU SM Screener Crusher and ALLU VP compacting plate

The excavated soil is laid alongside the pipeline trench onto suitable place. Then the e.p.m container is mounted onto the excavator and the binding agent is spread on the pile. After spreading of the binding agent, the ALLU e.p.m can be detached and the ALLU SM screener crusher can be mounted onto the same excavator. The ALLU SM takes in the binding agent together with the soil, mixes and directly fills back the pipeline. If the material contains stones, they are screened out by the ALLU bucket. After screening, non crushed stones are put aside and can be used later for basement improvement or fed into a crusher. Then follows the compression with a hydraulic driven ALLU VP compacting plate.
